(even though you and my wife thought I was being silly) Other caterers I contacted regarding this event were not as flexible as you as to my requests. The food was great, and as promised, it kept coming – no one complained of quality or quantity. Your staff were great with good service in a polite, friendly and non obtrusive manner and at the end of the day the kitchen and bar area were left as you found them. As I told you we attended a number of functions, for various reasons, and I can say that none of the shortcomings I found at these various events were evident with our function.
